Pop, Lock, & Post It (“we”, “us”) provides ready-to-post social media content for local service businesses. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and how we use it.

What we collect

When you request a free sample or join a waitlist: your first name, email address, business name, type of business and (if you choose) your website or social media handle.

When you become a customer and complete onboarding: business and contact details, services, service area, social media handles, brand preferences, and any files or links you send us, such as your logo.

When you pay: payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

When you contact us: whatever you include in your message.

How we use it

To send the free sample you asked for and a short series of follow-up emails about our service.

To create, customize and deliver the content you pay for, and to manage your subscription and support requests.

We do not sell your personal information.

Services we use

We rely on trusted providers to run the business, including Stripe (payments), Web3Forms (website form delivery), our email marketing provider (sample delivery and follow-up emails), and our website host. They handle your information only to provide their service to us.

Your choices

Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link. You can also email us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you.

Changes

If we update this policy we'll change the date at the top of this page.
